General Terms of Delivery for the Online Store
Copterplus does not transport passengers who:
- who are under two years old or are lap infants
- who are children under 5 years old without an accompanying guardian
- who are persons with limited mobility—that is, persons whose ability to move is permanently or temporarily restricted due to a sensory or motor physical disability, a developmental disability, or another intellectual impairment, or due to any other disability or age-related issue. This limitation is based on the safety considerations of a normal flight and the likelihood of surviving an accident.
- whose entry to the country is prohibited, or who are expelled or detained
- who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or another intoxicating substance to such an extent that the safety of the aircraft or its occupants is likely to be compromised
- who appear to have a contagious infectious disease
Passengers are not allowed to have luggage with them.
No dangerous goods are allowed on board.
Liability limitations are determined in accordance with EU Regulation No. 889/2002 (regarding the liability of air operators in the event of an accident).
Copterplus is entitled to cancel or reschedule a flight purchased via the online store if the conditions for a safe flight are not met. This may include, for example, adverse weather conditions on the day of the flight, a technical failure, or another malfunction in the fleet. In such cases, Copterplus will contact the customer directly.
Order Cancellation
If the customer is unable to participate in the flight purchased via the online store, they may cancel or reschedule the flight by contacting us via email at info (at) copterplus.fi or by calling +358 40 0544 356.
Flights are primarily rescheduled for another time. However, if this is not possible, the transaction may be cancelled and the customer will be refunded:
- 100 % of the flight price if the cancellation is made at least 5 days before the scheduled departure
- 80 % of the flight price if the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the scheduled departure
Payment Terms
Payment
The online store’s payment service provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is conducted through Visma Pay’s online service, and on bank statements or invoices, the payee appears as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay transfers the payments to the online store. Payment is secure, as all information related to the transaction is transmitted via an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the transaction details.
The transaction is concluded between the online store’s customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment Methods
Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay using online banking credentials, digital wallet, credit/debit cards, invoice, or installment payment. The available payment methods include: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, local cooperative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, as well as Jousto and Fellow Lasku.
Jousto invoice and installment payment is a domestic service that enables you to make purchases quickly and securely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have managed their finances responsibly. With Jousto, you receive 30 days of interest-free and fee-free payment time. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With the installment option, you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting at 9.90 EUR per month. The cost of the Jousto installment plan is 3.90 EUR per month with a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Jousto for purchases between 30 and 3000 EUR. The loan provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy.
